The first days in a new home set the tone for everything that follows, and unpacking into cupboards that someone else used takes away from the excitement. DEEN-PRO CLEANING SERVICE provides new home move-in cleaning in Lagos Island and across Lagos so that every kitchen unit, bathroom fitting, wardrobe, and floor has been sanitised before your first box comes through the door.
We clean the property while it is still empty. Our technicians bring a wet vacuum for the fine dust that settles in vacant homes, a steam cleaner for tiles and fittings, and a rotary scrubber for tiled, marble, and terrazzo floors. All cleaning products are eco-friendly and safe for children and pets from the moment you move in.
Cleaning for Rented and Purchased Homes
Tenants moving into a flat in Ikoyi or Victoria Island often receive it after a quick sweep by the previous occupant. Buyers of resale houses in Lekki inherit years of another family’s habits. In both cases we start from the ceiling and work down, so light fittings, air conditioner covers, and wall marks are handled before the floors are scrubbed and mopped.
New-Build Apartments
A newly completed apartment looks clean at a glance but carries plaster, paint, and tile dust in every joint and drawer. We remove that residue, wash the sanitary ware, and polish the glass so the finish the developer promised is what you see when you move in. Skirting boards, window tracks, and door frames are wiped, and the floors are scrubbed and mopped so they are ready for rugs and furniture.

A move-in clean is a deep clean of an empty property, with extra attention to the inside of wardrobes, kitchen units, and bathrooms that the previous occupant used
Can you clean a brand new apartment that has never been lived in?
Yes. New-build properties usually have fine construction dust in every corner, and our wet vacuum and steam cleaner remove it from floors, tiles, and fittings
How much does new home move-in cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the number of rooms and bathrooms and the condition the property is in. Send photos on WhatsApp or call us for a quote
Do you clean windows as part of the move-in clean?
Interior glass, frames, and sills are included. Reachable exterior glass on balconies is wiped, and full exterior window cleaning is available as an add-on
