A pool deck is the wettest, busiest outdoor floor in any property. Bare feet, sunscreen, chlorinated water, leaves, and sand combine into a film that turns slippery and, in shaded corners, grows algae within weeks. DEEN-PRO CLEANING SERVICE provides swimming pool surroundings cleaning in Lagos Island and across Lagos, keeping decks, tiles, coping, loungers, and walkways clean, hygienic, and safe to walk on.
Our technicians sweep and clear the deck, treat algae and grime with an eco-friendly outdoor solution, and scrub the surface with a rotary machine or brushes suited to the material. Coping and the tiled band at the waterline are wiped by hand, furniture is washed and dried, and rinse water is directed to deck drains and removed with a wet vacuum. The pool water itself stays untouched, and we work alongside your pool maintenance provider.
Residential Pools, Hotels, and Estates
We clean pool surrounds at private homes, residential estates, hotels, clubs, and short-let villas. For venues, the visit is scheduled overnight or in the early morning so guests return to a fresh deck. Estates and hotels often book the service on a weekly or fortnightly subscription so the area is always ready for use.
Materials and Methods
Porcelain and ceramic tiles, natural stone, textured anti-slip pavers, timber decking, and concrete each receive a matched method. Textured surfaces are brushed so their grip is preserved, stone is cleaned with a stone-safe solution, and pressure washing is set low around grout and coping to keep joints intact. Cushions and shade fabrics are vacuumed and spot cleaned, and poolside showers and changing areas are scrubbed and sanitised.

Swimming Pool Surroundings Cleaning FAQs
Do you clean the pool water as well?
This service covers the deck, tiles, coping, furniture, and surrounding areas. Water treatment, filtration, and vacuuming of the pool floor are handled by your pool maintenance provider, and we coordinate our visit around theirs
How do you keep cleaning products out of the pool?
We use eco-friendly products applied with brushes and low pressure near the edge, direct rinse water towards deck drains, and wet vacuum any pooling before it reaches the coping
Can you remove algae from textured or slip-resistant tiles?
Yes. Textured tiles are scrubbed with a rotary machine and brushes so algae is lifted from the grooves while the anti-slip surface stays intact
Do you clean pool furniture and cushions?
Loungers, chairs, and tables are washed and dried, and cushions are vacuumed and spot cleaned. Heavily stained cushions can be booked for upholstery cleaning
How much does pool surroundings cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the deck, the surface material, the amount of furniture, and how often you want the service. Contact us for a quote
